recently serge saw this posted article, which pissed him off really badly, getting serge pissed is hard, but if one does it ..it’s like the saying from the people of animesuki’s forum

While reading through the comments by the people on the article above, he came across an image link posted by Fatcatlim. For the life of serge, how the hell can you say such stupid things.
Look at the scanned article, look at the reply by that Chua Hock Kuan. He stated “ANIME boleh wujudkan masalah sosial,ia tidak sepatutnya dibiarkan ada di pasaran.”. WHAT THE FUCKKING HELL ?!?! For those who don’t under stand Malay, he said “Anime can caused social problems and it shouldnt be allowed in the market”
Anime boleh wujudkan masalah sosial ? (anime can caused social problems ?). The only thing that serge sees here is that it is SO SIAL (so crazy). How can it caused social problem ? Serge has been watching anime for a long time. Hell those, saturday morning cartoons which he thought were cartoons were actually anime.
Take a look at Voltron,Hamtaro, Digimon,Pokemon, Sabre Rider and The Star Sheriffs. Hell look at Doraemon or even Ninja Boy, all of this are anime. The people at Kosmo! need to get their facts straight. Serge is certain that the folks over there has at least once in their childhood watch cartoon/anime. 20% of which is actually anime. So serge will say this, “now that you acknowledge that you watch anime, which you called animated pornography…do you in this life and hour have a masalah sosial ?”
Surely you don’t, you’re all working earning money and for those who are married a happy life. So how then can they say anime is porn and it causes social problems ?
Serge won’t deny that there is animated porn, but it is a sub-genre of anime. And anime has a lot of genre such as :
Bishōjo: Japanese for ‘beautiful girl’, blanket term that can be used to describe any anime that features pretty girl characters, for example Magic Knight Rayearth
Bishōnen: Japanese for ‘beautiful boy’ blanket term that can be used to describe any anime that features “pretty” and elegant boys and men, for example Fushigi Yugi

Josei: Japanese for ‘young woman’, this is anime or manga that is aimed at young women, and is one of the rarest forms.
Kodomo: Japanese for ‘child’, this is anime or manga that is aimed at young children, for example Doraemon.
Mecha: Anime or manga featuring giant robots, example Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Moé: Anime or manga featuring characters that are extremely perky or cute, for example Little Snow Fairy Sugar.
Progressive: “Art films” or extremely stylized anime, for example Voices of a Distant Star.
Seinen: Anime or manga similar to Shōjo, but targeted at teenage or young male adults, for example Oh My Goddess!.
Sentai/Super Sentai: Literally “fighting team” in Japanese, refers to any show that involves a superhero team, for example Cyborg 009.
Shōjo: Japanese for ‘young lady’ or ‘little girl’, refers to anime or manga targeted at girls, for example Cardcaptor Sakura.
Mahō Shōjo: Subgenre of Shoujo known for ‘Magical Girl’ stories, for example Sailor Moon.
Shōjo-ai: Japanese for ‘girl-love’, refers to anime or manga that focus on love and romance between female characters, for example Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Shōnen: Japanese for ‘boys’, refers to anime or manga targeted at boys, for example Dragon Ball Z.
Shōnen-ai: Japanese for ‘boy-love’, refers to anime or manga that focus on love and romance between male

Star Sabre and Star Sheriffs… Thats a nice cartoon. You have any torrent links or sites to download the cartoon? Been searching for it since I got streamyx. Nice information on the categories/varities of animes.

People are just plainly unpredictable. And no I don’t think that anime causes “masalah sosial” because it has got nothing to do at all with the society. That is way to much. I guess… He was just shallow minded. Urgh.

This guy is anti-government, if you read his reply in the forums (Assuming it was written by him). Furthermore, he strikes me as one of those Katak di bawah tempurung types, especially by his comment that not everything that comes from the East is good. Then what, the West is it? Or North? Or South?

I can’t believe that anyone could say that all anime is ‘pron’ I mean millions of children have grown up watching this stuff, In Australia we even have shows dedicated to anime.
